  • The Promoter is NH Hotels & Resorts, represented by Minor Hotel Group Limited.
  • The contest starts on Sunday 15 October 2023, at 10:00 hours (GMT+7) and ends on Sunday 26 November, at 23:59 hours (GMT+7).
  • NH Hotels & Resorts does not accept any liability for entries not received for any reason.
  • Winning submissions will be selected based on the best content as determined by our panel of judges and in accordance with the submissions criteria indicated in these Terms & Conditions.
  • The contest is open to entrants over the age of 18 years, except employees of Minor Hotel Group Limited and anyone otherwise connected with the judging of the contest.
  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the contest.
  • Any content misleading or belonging to another person will be invalid, and any prize awarded to any person involved will further be invalidated. NH Hotels & Resorts, Minor Hotel Group Limited and its affiliates do not accept any responsibility in this instance.
  • Participants must create and share content that is respectful, non-offensive, non-obscene and free from other objectionable content, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, to ensure the safety and uphold the reputation of the contest, with NH Hotels & Resorts reserving the right to disqualify any content violating these guidelines.
  • By entering the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and agree that their submission (including but not limited to the content, text, photos or videos) may be publicly shared and reproduced for marketing, promotional and other related purposes.
  • Entrants grant permission to NH Hotels & Resorts, Minor Hotel Group Limited and its affiliates to use entrants’ content, text, photos or videos in promotional literature, websites and social channels by entering the contest.
  • This contest is exclusively open to residents of Japan, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and South Korea. Proof of residency may be requested.
  • By participating in this contest, entrants unconditionally and irrevocably accept and agree that certain of their information may be used and that the entrants agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of our Privacy Statement.
  • NH Hotels & Resorts reserves all rights to change, modify or alter these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice, and all decisions of NH Hotels & Resorts regarding this contest shall be final.
  • NH Hotels & Resorts, Minor Hotel Group Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation/adjustments of this contest caused by events beyond their reasonable control including but not limited to war, floods, riots, hacking, pandemic, the change of laws, government orders, etc
  • This contest and its judges are based and operate in the Kingdom of Thailand, and as such, it is governed by the prevailing laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. 

About contest prizes

  • All winners will be notified through comments on their respective post. To claim their prize, winners must contact NH Hotels via Facebook or Instagram direct message (NH Hotels’ Facebook account is and Instagram account is and provide their full names, email addresses and mobile contact details.
  • The four secondary prizes winners will be publicly announced every Wednesday at 17:00 hours (GMT+7) starting from Wednesday, 25 October 2023. The grand prize winner will be publicly announced on Wednesday, 29 November 2023 at 17:00 hours (GMT+7) through the NH Hotels & Resorts website (
  • Winners must claim their prize within thirty (30) days of notification or forfeit any right to claim the prize afterwards.
  • The grand prize consists of i) a voucher entitling the winner to a total of seven-consecutive-night double-occupancy stays at their choice of NH hotels in Europe, and ii) round-trip airfare for two (2) persons to and from the chosen destination, with the condition that both the outbound and return flights must maintain the same route. All additional transfer and travel costs are to be borne by the contest winner.
  • The grand-prize winner may choose to divide their seven-consecutive-night stay between up to three (3) different NH hotels. In this case, travel costs incurred transferring between the properties are borne by the winner.
  • The secondary weekly prizes consist of a voucher for five-consecutive-night, double-occupancy stays at any NH hotel in Europe. The recipient of this prize must choose a single destination and a specific NH hotel for their stay.
  • The secondary weekly prizes exclude flights and travel costs, which are to be borne by the winner.
  • Prizes are subject to availability and blackout periods will apply. Prizes can only include rooms listed on the NH Hotels & Resorts’ website at the time of booking. NH Collection Hotels & Resorts and nhow Hotels are not included.
  • The grand prize has an estimated value of THB 150,000 and is limited to one (1) award. The secondary weekly prizes each have an estimated value of THB 50,000 and are limited to four (4) awards. The respective values of these prizes are approximate and may be subject to change depending on the travel/accommodation dates and prize conditions as determined by the company.
  • Prizes are valid for two (2) people only; all other charges must be paid for by the winner.
  • Prizes are valid for twelve (12) months from the issuing date as stated on prize documentation, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • In certain countries, the prize may be subject to withholding tax, which will be borne by NH Hotels & Resorts.
  • The prize will be subject to value-added tax (and may be subject to other applicable taxes in some countries), which will be borne by the winner.
  • Reservations are non-refundable; if cancellation occurs, guests forfeit total room charge plus tax.
  • Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions.
  • An NH Hotels representative shall engage with the winner as part of the booking process to facilitate discussions and arrangements concerning the winner’s chosen destination and preferred travel dates.
  • NH Hotels & Resorts’ decisions on all matters related to the contest will be final, including the judges’ decisions. Further correspondence will not be entered into.
  • By providing personal details such as name and email, entrants consent to receiving news, updates, offers and more from NH Hotels & Resorts.
  • All entrants are deemed to have accepted these rules and have agreed to be bound by them.
