Special Terms & Conditions:

Documentation:
- Kindly present original documents on delivery day: passport and driving license.
- The security deposit can be processed by using a credit card and will be returned after 26 days. Cash deposits are not accepted.
- The driver must be over 21 years old and above.

Reckless Driving:
Reckless driving is strictly prohibited. Police intervention will result in the vehicle being impounded for one month. Any additional costs incurred during this period will be the renter's responsibility.

Car Color Preference:
The car color cannot be confirmed in advance, but you can specify your preference.

Daily Kilometer Limit:
You have a daily limit of 250 km. Extra kilometers will be charged at 10 AED each. You can purchase additional kilometres upfront for 5 AED each.

Additional Driver:
Adding an extra driver incurs a fee of 300 AED.

SALIK Toll Gates and Fines:
SALIK Toll Gates (5 AED each) and fines will be deducted from the deposit.

Fuel Policy:
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received, or the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

Delivery and Pickup:
Free delivery and pickup within Dubai between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Outside Dubai incur an extra charge. Night delivery and pickup (before 8:00 AM or after 11:00 PM) will be charged 300 AED plus 5% VAT.

Payment:
A 4000 AED insurance/security deposit required with Superior Rental Car upfront and same would be refunded after 26 days.

Payment should be made online and upfront to confirm the booking. Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed. We accept digital currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrencies. AMEX payments are accepted on delivery with an extra charge of 5.25%. Credit card payments incur an additional 3%.

Speeding Policy:
You are required to always follow all traffic rules and regulations outlined by the U.A.E authorities. 

Insurance:
All our vehicles are equipped with comprehensive basic insurance. However, we offer an optional daily fee for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), which covers the insurance excess imposed by insurance companies in the event of an accident. Typically, insurance companies charge 20,000 AED plus 25% of the total damage repair cost. Opting for the CDW will protect you from having to pay this amount. It's important to note that full insurance (CDW) does not extend coverage to rims and tires.

Regardless of the insurance type chosen (basic or optional full insurance), a POLICE REPORT will be required in case of any incidents involving the vehicles. Please be aware of this requirement and ensure timely reporting in such situations.
