Freediving Retreat with Hanli Prinsloo in the Maldives
From 14 to 18 September 2026, NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort welcomes world-renowned freediver and ocean advocate Hanli Prinsloo for Into the Blue, an intimate five-day retreat set within the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
A former competitive freediver and founder of I AM WATER, Hanli brings years of experience in the ocean to a programme designed for complete beginners and experienced freedivers alike. Yoga, breathwork, meditation, house reef snorkelling, rope sessions and drift dives unfold across the retreat, with just 12 participants able to progress at their own pace while building greater confidence, calm and connection in the water.
A Hanifaru Bay manta experience forms one of the retreat’s defining highlights, bringing the spirit of Reethi’s Ocean Awareness Month to life through meaningful encounters with the marine world.
