The NH Hotel used to be called the Park Plaza and the hotel I always stayed in when visiting Bangkok. Apart from a new reception desk everything is pretty much the same, even the paintings in the rooms. I have two suggestions for management.It is located on Rachadapisek Road near Asoke station. However for drivers who are unfamiliar with your hotel you need a bigger sign at a driver's eye level at the entrance. At the moment the sign just says "enter" with an arrow. It does not say the name of your hotel. This means if a driver misses the entrance they have to make a very difficult U-turn at the chaotic intersection nearby. A simple sign saying "NH Hotel Entry" with an arrow would make a big difference. When my friend came to visit me for a second time she got the BTS as driving and finding the entrance was too stressful. The second suggestion is to have a sign in the rooms saying that if you want to take the slippers you have been wearing for a week you must pay 150 baht. This will save an altercation at check out which spoils the whole experience of staying at your hotel. The other thing to consider for guests is that if you wear the slippers in your room,, you are wearing slippers that have been worn by uncountable others. Hello fungus infection.
