Fostering a sustainable future

La Suite Dubai Hotel & Apartments offers outstanding stays in an exceptional location, and we plan to keep it that way. GREEN STAY

Air Quality Enhancement

We have increased the percentage of non-smoking rooms from 75% - 90% in the past year. This improves our indoor air quality and delivers a better experience for our guests.

Plastic Free

At La Suite, we have implemented in-house water bottling. We provide refillable glass water bottles in guest rooms and our restaurant to minimize plastic waste. Plastic bottles are no longer available at our hotel.
ACTIVITIES

Energy Conservation

LED lighting has been installed throughout the hotel and motion sensor lighting is available in the car park. We request that all guests turn off lights and electrical devices when not in use.

No Bin T

We organize no bin Tuesdays and Thursdays to reduce the number of days that waste is sent to landfill, which makes team members more mindful about waste. 

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

We have embraced the three R’s, reducing paper use in our guest rooms, meeting spaces and offices. Our used furniture, blankets, linens and towels are donated to registered charities. We recycle aluminum cans, glass, plastics, cardboard and cooking oil locally.

Sustainable Purchasing

Wherever possible we buy local and support fair-trade suppliers. We use environmentally friendly products and do not use ingredients that include endangered or protected species.

Water Consumption

We monitor water consumption monthly to optimize our usage. Aerators have been installed in the showers and all taps in public areas have had sensors installed to reduce water.
GREEN EVENTS

Beach Clean-ups

La Suite Dubai Hotel & Apartments organises regular clean-ups of nearby beaches which all our guests are welcome to join.

Tree Planting

We plant trees to support environmental conservation and promote better air quality. Please contact reception if you would like more details.
CARING CULTURE

Donations

We make regular donations to local companies and charities who participate in clean-ups and protecting the environment. Please contact reception for more information.

Earth Hour

Every year in March, we participate in Earth Hour and encourage our guests to join us in switching off to save the planet.

Transport

We encourage all our guests to utilize public transport wherever possible including walking to Dubai Metro nearby, and cycling. We provide a shuttle bus to nearby attractions including Jumeirah Mosque, Mall of the Emirates, and Insurance Market Metro Station.
