We traveled a family of 6 persons with a 6yrs old child with life dangering allergy to Milk. The hotel staff, especially P.P from the reception and Ben from the restaurant , were super thoughtful and made their best efforts to accommodate us with our special needs and diet for our son. The Chef at the restaurant made sure to prepare pre made breakfast a la cart especially for our son. Unfortunately we had to be evacuated to a hospital for an exposure to the milk allergy, not sure what caused the allergy reaction, but gladly the receptionist P.P was amazing! she acted super cool and helped us through the evacuation to the hospital and also made sure to stay in touch with us till we made it back to the hotel.Best vacation! we will for sure come back!

An absolutely wonderful experience! One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at! We travel a lot and are quite picky when it comes to hotels, but NH Collection Samui truly exceeded all our expectations! Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful rooms and stunning pool to the fantastic breakfast and impeccable facilities. The staff deserves special recognition. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. We were traveling with our 8-month-old baby, and the care we received was outstanding. The hotel arranged a wonderful babysitter at a very reasonable price and even prepared a special meal for our baby that wasn’t on the menu. We also loved the massages, the activities organized by the hotel, and all the thoughtful little details. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with a delicious passion fruit tea and refreshing cold towels. It’s rare to find a hotel where absolutely everything is so well taken care of. We left feeling genuinely impressed and already wishing we could come back. Highly, highly recommended!

A true little corner of paradise in Koh Samui! ​Immense satisfaction for this stay: the NH is a true cocoon. The facilities are perfectly maintained and nestled in the heart of lush vegetation. ​The quality of the dining, and especially the breakfast, deserves to be highlighted: it was simply delicious. ​The service is impeccable. The staff is adorable, thoughtful, and exemplarily responsive to the slightest request, whether at the front desk, at the bar, or at the restaurant. Special mention for the maintenance of the beach: despite the wind and rain that can sometimes bring in some debris, the hotel does everything possible to keep it impeccable, and the result is very clean. ​A big thank you to the whole team, and more particularly to: ​Ben, always top-notch in service; ​Pamper, a real sweetheart at breakfast; ​Sandra, a manager who is attentive at every moment, always eager to share the history and context of the hotel with a pedagogical approach; ​Not forgetting that gentleman from service (a bit older, whose name I unfortunately no longer have), of absolute kindness. ​Back in the cold of France, I keep a wonderful memory of this experience.
