The above rates are inclusive of
- 7% VAT and 10% Service charge
- Housekeeping service will be once a week including changing bed linen and cleaning the room. In case of any additional cleaning service required will have an additional charge applied at 500 THB per time.

Payment: 1 month deposit as security to be returned at the end of the lease once property is found to be returned in satisfactory condition. 1 month pre-payment prior to stay. Monthly Rental to be paid before the month starts.
